In this engaging session, documentary filmmaker and musician Manuel Jiménez, known as El Tiktoker de las 3000, will share his insights and expertise in the art of documentation. He will discuss how he captures the essence of his neighborhood and community through his creative work. At just 25 years old, Manuel has amassed an impressive following of 250,000 on TikTok, where he uniquely portrays the daily life of 'las 3000'.

His videos humorously parody the style of popular journalist Gloria Serra, the host of Equipo de Investigación, showcasing the customs and festivities of his neighborhood with both wit and a sense of social responsibility. The talk will feature an open interview format, moderated by Andrés Vega, during which some of Manuel Jiménez's most notable works will be highlighted.

Throughout the session, the documentary filmmaker will share his techniques and tips for authentically and compellingly documenting reality. This masterclass is designed for a diverse audience, including the general public, residents of 'las 3000' neighborhood, filmmakers, and students of film and audiovisual communication.
