In collaboration with the Spanish Cinema Federation (FECE), we are launching the first edition of the European Film Exhibition Conference, which will address four areas of debate, the outcome of which will be the preparation of a report.
This first round table, entitled ‘The cinema, an essential space for social cohesion and coexistence in the regions’, will be attended by Jaime Tarrazón, Vice President of UNIC, Juliette Prissard, General Delegate of Eurocinema, and Camilo Vázquez Bello, Deputy Director of Promotion and International Relations at ICAA, to discuss public policies, financing mechanisms, and initiatives that support the activity of movie theaters and promote film culture. Movie theaters are not just places for screening films, but also spaces for gathering and collective reflection. Protecting them means defending cultural diversity and strengthening the social fabric. Moderating the discussion will be Laurent Coulon, a consultant in international strategy, public relations, and communication, specializing in culture and the audiovisual industry.
