In collaboration with the Spanish Cinema Federation (FECE), we are launching the first edition of the European Film Exhibition Conference, which will address four areas of debate, the outcome of which will be the preparation of a report.
This fourth panel, entitled ‘Audiences in transformation. 'Trends and strategies for attracting audiences to movie theaters’, will feature Marcin J. Sobczak, an expert in immersive cinema, Víctor Anaya, Programming Director at Unión Cine Ciudad, Jesús Prieto, member of the Board of Directors of Crea SGR, representing EGEDA, and Sébastien Careil, Managing Director at Back to the Script and an expert in film marketing, who will discuss the transformation of audiences in the current context. We live in a digitalized environment, where advertising media have multiplied and, at the same time, audience consumption habits have changed. How has marketing evolved in movie launch campaigns? Are they managing to reach the desired audience?
