The closing short at this year’s Annecy Festival focuses its gaze on extreme myopia. Director Étienne Bonnet has suffered from the condition since she was six years old and, in her own words, has spent her life "in the fog, wandering down the often unclear paths of ophthalmology". Bonnet’s personal experience comes to life in this visual journey through memory and a distinctly blurry perception of reality.
