arte de volver

Debut film by Pedro Collantes, the first Spanish to be selected at the Venice Biennale College, starring Macarena García. An enjoyable and accurate portrait of a young woman, Noemí, an actress who returns from New York after a long absence. Just as if we were to accompany Cleo from 5 to 7, we follow Noemí during the first 24 hours of her stay in Madrid, a period in which she meets up with family, friends and a stranger. Nimble, rocking conversations in which she revisits topics such as friendship, sex, family, love life and betrayal, in a reunion with a place that no longer belongs to her.  The cast is completed by Ingrid García-Jonsson, Celso Bugallo, Nacho Sánchez, Mireia Oriol and Luka Peros.
