Eight-year-old Agata travels alone on a bus from Poland to Belgium. When her pencil falls while writing a letter, she enters a fantastical world inhabited by half-human, half-animal passengers. Her perception of the world around her transforms the reality of migration into an immersive experience, presented as a charming 2D animation and awarded Best Short Film in Generation KPlus at this year’s Berlinale.
