TASIO

Tasio has been working as a charcoal maker since he was fourteen in a small Navarran village in the Urbasa mountains. Life changes, but the mountain remains the same: rugged and beautiful. It was the setting for his childhood games, but it is also where he finds sustenance for his family. As an adult, he adds poaching to his work. Despite the rural exodus and the migration to cities in search of a better future, Tasio prefers to stay and live in the mountains, in complete solitude, in order to safeguard his freedom.
