Armand Rovira
He was born in Barcelona in 1979. In 1998 he entered the Barcelona film school (CECC). He has had a brilliant career in short films, with titles such as El bufón de Belzebú (present in Sitges in 1999), La purificación excremental (2003), featuring Joaquim Jordá, and ¿Qué será de baby Grace? (2009), with Alex Angulo. Between 2006 and 2009 he worked in the Majorcan production company Tresques Comunicació as a television director, and at present he is running the university Master in film editing at the Lens school in Madrid. In 2017 his short film Hoissuru (co-directed with Saida Benzal) won the Nuevas Visiones Award in Sitges. Letters to Paul Morrissey is his first feature film.
