General rules

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • With the purchase of the ticket you agree to comply with the necessary measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 disease. These measurements will be constantly updated according to the recommendations made by the competent health authorities.
  • Numbered entrance tickets.
  • Out of respect for other spectators, access to the auditorium will not be allowed once the screening has begun.
  • We recommend purchasing or exchanging tickets as far in advance as possible and online to avoid queues and the loss of the right of access due to delays caused by waiting.
  • Both the purchase and the exchange of season tickets are subject to the capacity of the venues.
  • Please check the details of your ticket when you purchase it. Once the ticket has been purchased, no changes or refunds will be accepted, excluding changes to the programme or cancellations by the Seville European Film Festival. Refunds will be made through the same payment method or exchange will be carried out for a ticket for another session at the box office of the venue where the incident occurred.
  • The Festival is not responsible for the loss or theft of passes or tickets.
  • You can access the screenings with the ticket on your mobile phone.
  • Access to Free Admission screenings requires the collection of tickets free of charge at the box office (maximum of two tickets per person).
  • Access to double or multiple screenings (with more than one title) will be granted at the beginning of the first screening.

SEASON PASSES

In addition to the general guidelines, the following rules apply to Festival Season Pass holders:

  • The Season Passes are not tickets and therefore do not give direct access to the Festival screenings. It is necessary to exchange the season pass for tickets at the Festival's Box Office or online.
  • To be eligible for a Senior Season Pass or Junior Season Pass, you must have been born before 1961 or from 1995 onwards, respectively.
  • Season Passes are not exchangeable for tickets for special galas, award-winning films, or free entry passes.
  • Season Passes can be exchanged for one ticket per session, excluding the Senior Season Pass, which can be exchanged for up to two tickets per session.
  • Young and Senior Season Passes Holders must present their ID upon arrival at the cinema.
  • Unemployed people who wish to benefit from the 20% discount can only buy their season pass at the box office and must present their updated SEPE card.
