The New Waves

Anne Alix | Francia | 2018 | 101 min.
O.V. in French subtitled in Spanish and English

There are moments in life when you feel something in the air, when you notice that the universe is preparing something for us. Irma, a woman who has just lost her anchors in the world, meets Dolores (Lola Dueñas), an uninhibited woman who is traveling through Provence to write a gay- friendly travel guide. Together they continue on this journey of initiation, open to encounters with other lives and unexpected diversions in a film as genuinely free as the breeze that blows through the fields bathed by the sun.
