Some of the most notable films to be shown include the latest films by Tobias Lindholm (A War), Jan Gassmann (Europe, She Loves) or Cristi Puiu (Sieranevada), along with titles which have won important awards at the leading European festivals, such as Miss Impossible by Emilie Deleuze (Crystal Bear at the Berlinale and the Audience Award for the Best Juvenile Film from the European Film Academy), or The Happiest Day in the Life of Olli Mäki by Juho Kuosmanen (Award at Un Certain Regard in Cannes and Finland’s nomination for the Oscar). In addition we have the Greek films Chevalier, by Athina RachelTsangari and Suntan, by Argyris Papadimitropoulos;  the Danish Land of Mine, by Martin Zandvliet;  the Austrian One of Us, by Stephan Richter; the Polish The Lure, by Agnieszka Smoczynska, El Gruñón (A Man Called Ove), by Hannes Holm y and the German Toni Erdmann, by Maren Ade, Fipresci Award and a critical success at the last Cannes Festival.
