Since Nadia Comaneci no one has achieved a perfect ten in the demanding discipline of gymnastics. Although Leigh has no lack of skills, her lack of confidence, her unfriendly companions and her unstructured family weigh too heavily on her shoulders to go far. That's why when her stepbrother appears, she clings to him as a lifeline, as he's her only protection from the hostility of her lonely life. But his savior brings with him very bad friendships and vices, and the redemption he offers does not point to the best ways.

EVA RILEY
Eva Riley is a Scottish director and screenwriter, based in Brighton. She graduated from the National Film and Television School in 2015, her final year project film Patriot got to premiere in competition at Cannes. In 2016, she was commissioned to write and direct Diagnosis by BBC Films and was named a Screen International “Star of Tomorrow”. Her short films have screened at festivals including BFI London Film Festival, Edinburgh and Telluride. Her first feature film, Perfect 10, premiered at BFI London Film Festival. She is currently developing her second feature film called The Circle.
