The Devil's Bride adopts a pattern of Faustian dyes on a demon who delivers an irrefutable offer to the owner of a mill, asking in exchange to marry his daughter. Compared to Jesus Christ Superstar for its irreverence, the film displays a dazzling and unusual imaginary. Possibly the most original musical to ever emerge from the Baltic region, which on this occasion we exhibit in a splendid copy restored in 2018.
