In view of the new steps taken by the Andalusian Government concerning the closure of non-essential activity after 6 p.m., we have decided that Seville Festival continues and will conclude its development adapting itself to these new measures.
Regarding the refund of the tickets’ amount, it will be completed to all people who are affected by these changes. Refunds will be made through the same method used for the purchase. This process could take some time, so we appreciate in advance the patience and collaboration of the public. Anyway, we will contact each affected person via email or phone.
As well, we are also working to reschedule as many sessions as possible within the allowed time. The sale of these sessions will be by general ticket establishing a single price of 2€ so that the public can obtain their ticket without any economic damage. They will be exchangeable for season tickets.
