SINLAVENIA

A special screening in collaboration with Participación Ciudadana of the Seville City Council. SinLaVenia tells the stories of five women in five different contexts, all of them associated with violence against women. Courageous stories with a positive, hopeful view, in a film that combines monologues by actresses with committed personal interviews and choreographies that act as an allegory of freedom. An empowering of women to reinforce their courage, to denounce and to find their freedom, filmed in the provinces of Seville and Huelva. The actresses Cristina Rojas, Magaly Fernandez, Celia Vioque, Elena de Cara and María José Castañeda give life to Miguel Zurita’s screenplay.
