TALENTS OF THE FOURTH DAY

Seville, 8th November.- The Seville Festival began its fourth day with photos of the talents of the day. Two directors, who have just made their feature film debut, were brought together on the Paseo Marqués de Contadero: Chema García Ibarra, with Sacred Spirit, and Violeta Salama, with Alegría. The former outlines a unique portrait of a neighbourhood Spain, in one of the Spanish productions competing in the Official Section for the Giraldillo de Oro award; while Alegría captures some of Salama's experiences in Melilla, a cultural melting pot where Christians, Muslims and Jews live side by side.
