Workshop about the legal framework and the most relevant contractual aspects of film co-productions between Spain and France. Highlighting the legal keys that promote these international collaborations and reviewing the most relevant aspects of the applicable co-production agreements, Fabien Grinvalds Garbati, a lawyer specialising in intellectual property and audiovisual law, will also discuss the practical aspects to be taken into account when undertaking an international project.
