JUAN SEBASTIÁN BOLLAÍN. YOUTH SHORT FILMS

Juan Sebastián Bollaín, the dreamer of Seville's utopias, a groundbreaking and ingenious filmmaker, architect and urban planner, started in cinema thanks to an 8mm camera that he received as a gift in 1960, at the age of 14. That was how he "invented cinema". Today we have the opportunity to finally see five of those first works, so far unpublished, in digitized versions by the Filmoteca de Andalucía. Five pieces of work in which we can clearly see the antecedents of his unmistakable style, full of future.
