BELLE AND SEBASTIAN: NEXT GENERATION
O.V. in French subtitled in Spanish

Belle and Sebastian (besides being the inspiration for the name of the Scottish band) is a legend in France: it is a famous television series and collection of children's books created by actress and writer Cécile Aubry, turned into a Japanese anime in the 1980s, and today returns with a new look, in a live-action version but with the same charm. Sebastien, 10 years old, reluctantly spends his vacations with his grandmother and aunt in the mountains, helping them with the sheep. Until the day he meets Belle, a huge dog mistreated by its owner. Fighting against injustice, an otherwise dull summer for Sebastian will turn into the adventure of a lifetime.
