The year 2021 marked the return of Antonio Canales to the spotlight and the stages, reborn like a phoenix after his descent into hell. Canales has been a leading figure of flamenco dancing for 30 years, recognized at the top of his profession and acquiring worldwide fame. This film reviews his unparalleled art through avant-garde and overwhelming stagings (in which there is also room for his queer side), archive images, interviews with personalities such as Cayetana Martínez de Irujo, Jorge Javier Vázquez, Soleá Morente and Antonio Dechent, as well as his own testimony.
