A lively, dreamlike portrait, as if submerged in a limbo, of a group of elderly people who live together in an enormous building in Istanbul. A couple of friends who go up and down endlessly in a lift in order to talk. An old photographer who is like a scratched record. A woman who talks about the Armenian genocide, unable to avoid falling asleep mid-sentence. An elderly pianist who throws the nets of his seduction. Across from the building, and contaminating it with its light, a large construction site. The future looks at them, a new cycle begins.
