In ancient times, it was believed that Jauja was a mythological land of abundance and happiness. Many expeditions were made to try to find it and prove its existence. With time, the legend grew out of all proportion, but all those who tried to find this earthly paradise were lost. A man and his adolescent daughter, who have come from Denmark, join a military expedition in search of that chimera. When the girl runs off with one of the soldiers on the mission, the man sets out on his own to look for them. This will be the start of a hallucinogenic journey through wild, unexplored territory.
